We begin with a free Strategy Session to meet, talk through what you are seeking, and make sure it is the right fit. You complete a short health and consent form, and we set your intention together.
You are welcomed into a warm, held space. The medicine is offered with care, and we move gently through stillness, feeling, breath, sound and presence, supported the whole way, at your own pace.
We close with time to ground, rest, and share if you wish. You leave with water, warmth, and simple suggestions to help you carry the experience into the days that follow.
