Terms of Service
1. Services
Purea Therapies (Cyrus Henry) offers coaching, shamanic energy healing, spiritual mentoring and ceremony, in person around Campbelltown, NSW and online. Sessions and the 12-week journey are described on this website.
2. Bookings
A place is confirmed once we've agreed a time and received payment. For single sessions, payment is made at the time of booking. For the 12-week journey, your place is held once the first payment is received, either the full fee or the first instalment of an agreed payment plan. You're welcome to book a free Strategy Session first to make sure the work is the right fit.
3. Payments
Fees are as quoted at the time of booking. Where a payment plan is agreed, each instalment is due on the agreed dates, and ongoing sessions continue while payments are up to date. If an instalment is missed, sessions may be paused until the account is current.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. With at least 24 hours' notice, we'll gladly reschedule or, where applicable, refund. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. Reasonable flexibility is offered for genuine emergencies, and repeated rescheduling is handled case by case.
5. Refunds
The free Strategy Session carries no charge, and donation-based sessions are non-refundable. A single session can be refunded or rescheduled if cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, but is non-refundable once delivered. The 12-week journey is non-refundable for a change of mind once it has begun; however, if you need to stop, any sessions not yet delivered may be refunded at our discretion, less a reasonable administration fee and any non-recoverable costs.
6. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill. Where we fail to meet such a guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides.
7. Your Participation
This work is collaborative. You are responsible for your own choices, actions and wellbeing during and after sessions, and for disclosing anything relevant to your safety and care.
8. Conduct & Safety
Sessions are held in a respectful, confidential space. I may pause or end work where it is no longer safe or appropriate, including referring you to other professionals where that would serve you better.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
