Ceremonial & plant-medicine elements
Some in-person work may include optional ceremonial elements such as cacao, rapéh, or mapacho, legal plant allies traditionally used to ground and clear the energy body. Participation is always voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. These elements are not suitable for everyone, for example if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a heart condition, or take certain medications (including some antidepressants). You must let me know about any relevant health conditions or medications beforehand, and check with your healthcare provider if you are unsure.
